Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of Items
Items must be returned in their original packaging with price tags intact. Products should remain unused, unaltered, and properly packed.
Eligibility for Returns
Return requests are accepted under the following conditions:
- The delivered item is damaged or defective.
- An incorrect item was delivered.

Continuous video footage of the parcel opening is mandatory for all return requests. Customers must send their return request with supporting details through:

After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and process the return or exchange. Please allow up to 10 days for processing. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Refunds
If the returned product passes the quality check, refunds will be initiated within 10 business days.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products showing signs of wear, usage, or physical damage.
- Products without original packaging or price tags.
- Products with disturbed packaging or folding.
